We are offering free Career Guidance sessions - see our Services page.

Springboard is a friendly, independent, local service in Hampshire, England to help people make the most of their lives through professional career guidance, life coaching and counselling backed up by access to modern computer technology and a professional and supportive environment. We aim to provide access for everyone and to work with any adult in Hampshire although we focus on the Eastleigh and Chandler's Ford areas. We are a small part-time charity which works mainly on an appointment-basis.

Please look through these pages to see who we are and what we offer and use our Contact Us page to leave a message to make an appointment to see an Adviser, or just to send us an email to tell us why you looked up our website and what you think of it.

In
Careers Guidance a guidance professional helps a client develop awareness of self and opportunities in order to make choices about career and life. The Institute of Career Guidance (ICG) website will tell you more about Career Guidance.

Life Coaching is where a life coach facilitates the client to design their own future, to achieve results and fulfilment, and to sustain life-changing behaviour. The Association for Coaching website will tell you more about Life Coaching.

Counselling is a life-questioning process between counsellor and client that enables the client to become self-determining, to resolve conflict, to change patterns of behaviour, and thus to take responsibility for their own life. The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) website will tell you more about counselling.

We are always carrying out market research to establish what kind and level of service is required. Please take a few moments to answer our six questions on the Market Research page to help us provide the service you may require now or in the future.
